When you purchase and close on a home using "Buyers Rewards" Program, you can earn a 1.5% commission back rebate for the house from $300,00 up. For example, on a home you purchase for $400,000 your rebate would be $6000 or more! You can earn 1% for the house less than $300,000.
We provide you with access to search the MLS listing directly from me to help you find the home of your dreams -and I also provide you with automatic email updates of "just list" properties. We're updaded on all properties that are for sale and meet your needs.
After closing, you will receive a 1.5% rebate applied to your paper work and closing cost.
